Wall and Kitchen "My Favorite Clock"

Not much happening today with clocks--no one has posted or written about any neat clocks so I must take this opportunity to introduce you to Princess Jasmine. Jasmine is a cross between an ugly pug (just kidding) and a shih tzu. Unfortunately my ex wife kept her after the divorce and all I have are pictures--one of which I made into a clock--and many fond memories of raising her from a puppy that was about the size of my hand to become one of the most vivacious lovable pets that I've ever had.

Jasmine hated whenever anyone left the house. She would run around squealing like she was going to die and when you came home, well it was like you were gone for years. Whenever I'd sit on the couch she'd climb all over me, on my shoulders, and anywhere she could go. You'd swear she was part cat. She would open the laundry closet door, go in, and come out wearing my wife's underwear.

It was actually my desire to have a clock with her on it that brought about the idea of pet-clocks before I even knew I'd be divorced. So my ex-wife got the real doggie and I got the clock. Every time I walk by the clock, check the time, and look and look at her it brings fond memories mind.

And if looking at her adorable face brings warm fuzzy feelings to you, I'll be glad to share as much of her with you as I can in the form of the Jasmine clock.

If you know of someone who breeds pugs with shih tzus, email me at jenn@waterloov.com with puppy in the subject line as I would love to start that love affair all over again. I know I'll never find another dog like her, but the mix of those two breeds really resulted in a phenominal puppy.
