Today I noticed an interesting clock, it's an Obama Clock. Interesting because we also have Obama Clocks. There are several basic designs--we even have some left over from McCain.

- I’ve done a few things in my life. Started as a high school shy nerd, went into chemical engineering, lost my first wife to leukemia, eventually remarried and am honored to have fathered a son. I became interested in hypnosis, used it to change careers to become a hypnosis stress management specialist, operated a stress management center and created over 50 top selling stress management hypnosis cds and e-books. Initially I applied conventional hypnosis in my group weight loss groups. At first, they lost weight but then gained it all back. In the meantime, over weight clients that I saw on an individual basis for stress management were losing weight without it being a goal. Putting stress management and hypnosis together was the answer as I discovered that there are three types of eating: habitual, emotional, and self defeative.
